Weekend is here

Ah, saturday. A good day to rest and do fun things. I called a lot of friends and families from Canada and U.S.A (thank you magic jack). Found out that Pittsburg Penguins are Stanley Cup Champs and that Tim Horton's and Coldstone Creamery are partnering up. I need my wife to get to Boracay real fast before the latter becomes a nightmare. ;-)

I struck a conversation with one of the Korean guest and invited him to join me to go snorkeling in Ilig-iligan.He is an ESL student in the Philippines and was in the korean military for 8 years.
He wanted to practise his english with me so he learned a great deal about Jesus and gave him a great english reading material- the bible. Hey, you've got to take every opportunity that opens up.

I also met an american military officer in Ilig-iligan currently taking a break from his posting in Iraq. He wanted to go as far away as possible and he thought that a little island in the Philippines would be a good idea. He talked a great deal about losing his friends in the war on terror and losing his wife and kids on divorce. He appreciated my company and gave me the opportunity to pray for him.

ABILITY is important, AVAILABILITY is critical.
