The tricycle driver that I was with noticed a bag at the back seat that was forgotten by a passenger.Inside the bag was some ID and P160K($4000). He asked me immediately if we can do a runabout and look for the owner. That we did. She was frantically crying when we found her. Thankful for the man's honourable actions, she gratefully tried to hand him P1000 as a reward. He simply smiled and refused the gesture. He said that seeing the lady smile was a reward in itself and that GOD will not forget him. He will sleep good tonight, he told me.
As we were driving away he apologized to me for the unscheduled route but that he needed to do this right away before any temptation gets him. I commended him and was thankful that I got to witness seeing such an amazing event.
