Zacchaeus

I went back to town to pay all the necessary closing costs of the land. I was advised earlier by the lawyer that I will need to pay so much for the total cost. The numbers seemed to change depending on who she talked to. I am getting a hint that the changes are based on who is the power at be at the time. There isn't a fixed point of reference. She told me that she will get in contact with the head of the department. I met with the head "Zacchaeus"" and was surprised because this is a person that I knew from the past. I explained what I was planning to do and she scripted out a bill that was less than half of what is from the original number. I asked her if it is legal. "It is now", my friend said. I'd rather you be able to utilize your money for something good than for someone's pocket. My friendly tax collector is not even from this area, just a passing by for the day. Perfect timing or divine provision, what do you think?
The banks in the area does not accept canadian dollars so we had to go to a money changer. We went to one and was offered P36.75/$1., my helper was quite aghast and told the money changers that they should repent for trying to scam a "pastor".She did a lot of calling and asking around till we found some one that will trade for P39.50/$1. This makes a big deal when you need to change a large amount.We got everything done and I thanked her for being such a big help. I tried to offer her some money for helping, she refused but asked if I can pray for her instead. This is one interesting roller coaster ride.
