I went out of my room at 10:30 pm to catch some air and noticed a barrage of strobe lights coming from the beach area. There were no sounds whatsoever, just flashes of lights. I went out for a walk to satisfy my curiosity and saw something I have never seen before. The whole island of Boracay is blanketed by myriad of stars yet the island across is just being barraged by a furious lightning storm. I sat and watched in awe seeing the majestic power only GOD can create. My heart was beating fast, I was thunderstruck.
