Went to see the land in Ilig iligan. I was pleased to know that the municipality is paving the main road access. The electricity and the water has been pulled pretty close to the vicinity. It would make the hook ups for the resort a lot simpler.
The land is fertile and is filled with beautiful flowers, limes, bananas, mangoes, coconut, star apple and other various plant life. It is also filled with thorns and thistles.
I met with the caretaker of the property and told me that they are willing to clear the whole land for P6000 ($150) . This work will take about a week.
