Facing the giants

I met up with the Chief Financial Officer of a bank in Makati. He is an acquaintance of my brother. He took my paperwork and told me that there is not much they can do for me at the moment but he will pass this info to the Vice President. I am not sure what to expect. I am hoping that something would materialize but it not up to me. I was told to call back in a weeks time. I went to other banks and pleaded my cause but was not getting anywhere. They all commended me for my passion and vision but they are unwilling to help me in any financial means. All because I do not have any financial track record in the Philippines. I am land rich but cash poor, so they say. If only I can get a loan guarantor then everything will be ok. I told one banker that GOD is my co-signer. He told me to go to Mt.Sinai.
